Every Rate Con is opened, checked against the broker quote, and filed. Anything off — equipment, weight, detention terms — is caught before the truck rolls.
Scheduled check calls across the run so we always know where the load is, what the broker needs next, and whether anything is slipping. No chase — just the update.
Pickup and delivery appointments booked with the shipper or receiver, confirmed in writing, and re-confirmed if anything changes. Window, contact, and hours — all on file.
POD pulled from the driver app or the receiver, reviewed for clean signature or notes, and submitted same-day. Any exceptions are flagged before the paperwork closes.
Invoice cut off the Rate Con and POD, submitted within 24 hours of delivery, and chased through to payment. Shortfalls and disputes are noted in the carrier file.
