How does the 5% own-authority dispatch fee work?

The Dispatch program is 5% of the gross load amount negotiated on the Rate Con. Fuel, tolls, and accessorials are passed through rather than used to stack another percentage. The written service agreement controls the fee and any applicable terms; there are no surprise percentage changes described outside that agreement.

What nine dispatch and administrative services are included?

The operating loop covers load search and booking, rate negotiation, broker communication, Rate Con review, driver check calls, appointment scheduling, POD submission, invoice submission, and factoring paperwork. Work outside that list is documented in writing before it starts. The carrier file keeps the broker, settlement, and load history together.

Which load documents are needed, and when are they submitted?

Accepted Answer

The core closeout packet is the signed Rate Confirmation, a clean Proof of Delivery, and the matching invoice. The POD is reviewed and submitted after delivery, and the invoice is prepared from the Rate Con and POD with a target of submission within 24 hours of delivery. Review and payment timing can still depend on the broker or factoring partner and their agreement.

How does factoring assistance work?

Accepted Answer

Factoring assistance means we review and route the Rate Con, POD, and invoice packet to an independent factoring partner — your own partner or one we help introduce. Global Agile Services LLC is not the factor: the factor controls its review, terms, advance, reserve, and payment process. Factoring terms live between you and the factor, separately from the dispatch service agreement.

Who holds authority under the MC Lease program?

Under MC Lease, operating authority is held by the leasing carrier, Global Agile Services LLC, and the arrangement is documented in a separate lease addendum. Plates, IFTA filings, and insurance coordination follow the leased-authority paperwork. The broker contract remains with the broker, and the lease addendum controls the terms, end date, and exit clause.

Should I run under my own MC or use MC Lease?

Run under your own MC through the Dispatch program if you already have the active authority and insurance paperwork needed for the carrier packet. MC Lease is for a carrier who needs to operate under an established MC without standing up that authority themselves. The choice changes the authority holder and the fee structure; the written service agreement or lease addendum is the controlling document.

What does the bundled 17–18% MC Lease fee cover?

The 17–18% bundled fee combines the same nine back-office dispatch services with the leased operating authority, plates, IFTA filings, insurance coordination, and setup paperwork described for the program. It is higher than the 5% own-authority Dispatch fee because it includes the leased-authority work. The exact percentage and terms are set out in the service agreement and lease addendum.

What onboarding documents are needed before the first load?

The carrier packet includes active MC authority for own-authority Dispatch or the applicable leased-authority paperwork for MC Lease, current insurance and COI, a W9, an authority letter, and a factoring letter of agreement if applicable. The service agreement — or lease addendum — is signed before the first revenue load, and a Rate Con can be checked against a sample lane as part of setup.

Who is the broker of record, and who is responsible for payment?

Global Agile Services LLC acts as a dispatch and administrative-services provider; it does not become the broker or shipper. The broker’s contract and payment process remain with the broker and the applicable carrier or factoring arrangement. Global Agile does not purchase invoices, approve advances, set factor terms, or guarantee payment.

Global Agile Services LLC coordinates dispatch and administrative paperwork, not regulated broker or motor-carrier functions. Under own-authority Dispatch, the carrier remains responsible for its authority; under MC Lease, authority is held by Global Agile as the leasing carrier under the addendum. How do communication and driver check calls work?

The operations loop tracks pickup, the run, delivery, appointment changes, and broker updates through the carrier file. Check-call cadence is set for the load so the desk can flag exceptions and keep the broker informed. Response expectations and anything affecting the fee, settlement, or scope of work belong in the written agreement rather than an informal promise.
