A bundled rate for carriers who need to operate under an established MC. The percentage reflects the leased authority, the plates, the filings, and the same nine back-office services covered under Dispatch.

How it is documented

Lease terms and insurance responsibilities live in a separate lease addendum.
Authority, plates, and filings are held under the leasing carrier — Global Agile.
We do not present ourselves as the shipper — the broker contract stays with the broker.

Global Agile Services LLC is a dispatch and administrative services provider. We are not a broker and we are not a motor carrier. These descriptions are summaries; the written service agreement controls in every case.

Transparency is the product. Three things hold on every agreement we sign — no percentage creep, no out-of-band paperwork, no mystery deductions on the settlement.

One percentage per agreement.

The rate you sign is the rate you pay. No add-on percentages, no after-the-fact deductions, and no surprise line items on the settlement.

Written into the agreement.

Pay terms, accessorial handling, and anything out of scope appears in the written service agreement or lease addendum — not in a follow-up email.

Carrier file is the source of truth.

Every settlement ships the rate, the percentage, and the net-to-carrier on the same page, so the math reconciles on every load.

Does the percentage include fuel, tolls, or accessorials?

No. The percentage applies to gross — what is negotiated on the Rate Con. Fuel, tolls, and any accessorial are passed through; they are not our revenue line.

Is there a setup fee, monthly minimum, or hidden add-on?

No. The agreement names the percentage and the paperwork scope. Anything outside that scope is documented in writing before it starts.

Why is the MC Lease percentage higher?

The lease addendum covers running under our authority — plates, IFTA filings, insurance coordination. The base dispatch services are the same nine tasks; the higher percentage reflects the lease add-on, not additional paperwork work.

What about factoring?

Factoring is coordinated with an independent factoring partner. We send the paperwork; the payout, fee schedule, and terms live between you and the factor.
