Verify your FMCSA record
We check the USDOT number against the SAFER public snapshot and a static Motus lookup. Active authority, insurance, and an MCS-150 form within the biennial window are required for the MC-lease program.

Verification policy
Unverified is not the same as blocked.
If a source cannot be reached, we mark the record unverified and queue it for a manual re-check — never auto-blocked on a transient FMCSA or Motus outage. Records marked disqualified are blocked, and the form shows the exact reasons from the verify call. Successful verification auto-fills the legal name, addresses, phone, and authority date so the carrier can proceed straight to account creation.
