The carrier dashboard is the submission point. There is no second public upload bucket, and your documents remain tied to your carrier account for an auditable operations trail.
Use your carrier account so every file stays tied to the right carrier record and load history.
Submit the signed Rate Con, legible POD, and matching invoice as separate PDF, JPEG, or PNG files.
Our operations team reviews the packet and sends it to the carrier’s independent factoring partner.
Before you upload
Before sending the files, check that the names, load details, dates, and amounts line up. Your carrier contact and factoring-partner or remit information should already be current on the account.
Include the broker, load, and rate details that establish what was agreed before the truck moved.
Make sure the scan is legible and shows the signature, delivery date, and any exception notes.
The invoice should match the Rate Con and POD so the amount, load, and delivery records reconcile.
Keep the carrier contact and factoring-partner or remit information up to date on your account so the operations team knows where the packet belongs.
What to expect
Complete packets received during business hours are reviewed the same business day. We target submission to the factoring partner within 24 hours of delivery. That is an operations target, not a payment promise: the factor’s review, broker payment process, and your agreement with the factoring company control when funds arrive.
